  • Why I Coach

I have spent most of my career as a leader in various tech roles (product, design, engineering). I have always enjoyed helping people thrive in their work environment — having courageous conversations, getting their value recognized, or making the tough decision to do something very different. Coaching brings me joy.

  • Who I Coach

I find the strongest connection with people working in tech — especially UX designers and researchers, product managers and marketers, engineers — and women in leadership roles. I’ve worked with new college grads through VPs. Most of my clients are individual contributors, managers, or directors.

  • How I Coach

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) - trained and mentored by one of the oldest and most respected coach training programs, the Co-Active Training Institute. I am accredited by the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and am pledged to their Code of Ethics.
